Athlete Bio
From a young age, I thrived in competitive sports and dance, always drawn to challenges that demanded discipline, growth, and resilience. After college, I found myself craving something new—something outside my comfort zone that still carried the same competitive edge. Fitness quickly became that outlet.
In 2014, I joined one of the first bikini transformation teams with Fitness Asylum for Monster Mash, where I placed 1st in my group and instantly fell in love with the sport. The following spring, I competed at the 2015 NE Classic and earned my WNBF Bikini Pro Card as an amateur. A year later, I stepped on the pro stage for the first and only time, placing 2nd.
Then life shifted in the most beautiful ways. In my early 30s, I married the love of my life, and together we traveled, explored, and built an incredible life. By my mid-30s, after wondering if motherhood would ever happen for me, I finally became a mom—my greatest accomplishment and favorite title of all.
As a full-time mom and part-time oncology nurse, my energy naturally went into caring for everyone else. Somewhere along the way, taking care of myself unintentionally moved to the back burner. It took time, reflection, and growth to realize that prioritizing my own health and happiness mattered too.
Nearly 10 years after leaving the stage, a friend’s transformation journey reignited something in me. She introduced me to my coach, Cara, of Team Rize, and I immediately knew it was the right fit. Surrounded by a community centered on women’s strength, growth, and empowerment, the fire was lit once again.
After stepping back into the sport and competing in a few shows, I earned my Bikini Pro title again at the 2025 NE Classic—exactly 10 years after receiving it for the first time. Not only was this show next level under Ryan’s new direction, it truly was an unforgettable and emotional full-circle moment. This time, being able to share the experience with my little family made it even more meaningful. Hearing my kids cheer me on while showing them that you can achieve anything you truly set your heart on—and that it’s never too late to chase your dreams—is something I hope stays with them forever.
